This chevron belt conveyor was spilling material from the head drum as the scraper was not working.

We prefabricated a transfer chute made from 2mm mild steel sheet with flanges so that the whole chute can easily be removed if need be. We had to plasma cut the floor plate to allow the chute to pass through to the below conveyor. The whole chute was finished in the customer's preferred colour of safety yellow.
