Replacement of worn out belly plate in conveyor

This customer's main in-feed conveyor belt had torn in half from the centre. When we investigated, we found that the impact point of the belly plate had completely wore away and leaving sharp edges. We replaced the belly plate with a new 5mm hardox plate and welded this into position. We also had to fabricate some more supporting structure due this also sustaining damage.
